Where is electronic court filing available in California?

Learn more about mandatory and voluntary eFiling courts and case types.

You can use One Legal to file court documents all of California's 58 superior courts.

Where eFiling is available, your filing will be submitted to the court electronically.

Where electronic filing is not available, your documents will be printed and physically delivered to the courthouse by a One Legal court runner.

When you are in the court filing platform, you will see the indication in the upper left of the screen whether you are eFiling or physically filing:
