If your document is filed under seal or is confidential pursuant to a statute, no special action is needed.
However, if your document is to be sealed pursuant to a court order, please note this in the "Message to eFile Clerk" and place "Filed under seal pursuant to court order dated MM/DD/YY" under the title of each document on the first page.
To file a Stipulation and Order in Orange County, you only need to upload the Word versions of both the Stipulation document and the Proposed Order document.
The One Legal system will convert each document to PDF and then send both versions to the court.
Please keep a hard copy of the PDF file with signatures in case the court requests it.
If the party you represent is exempt from filing fees, you must make a note of this fact in the Message to the Clerk field in the order workflow before submitting your filing.
