How do I indicate fee exemptions in San Diego County?

If the party you represent is exempt from filing fees, you must make a note of this fact in the Message to the Clerk field in the order workflow before submitting your filing.

Will the Court send all returned documents back through One Legal?

Orders on Fee Waivers, Notice of Case Assignment, and Notice of Hearing documents will not be returned through the eFiling system.
