  • Abstract of Judgment
  • Documents submitted conditionally under seal
  • Certificate of Facts Re Unsatisfied Judgment
  • Family Law Request for Entry of Default and the Notice of Entry of Judgment
  • Letters testamentary, of administration, of conservatorship, and of guardianship, including temporary and special letters
  • Request for Administrative Records
  • Affidavit Re Real Property of Small Value (Probate)
  • Original will and codicil
  • Financial documents lodged under Local Rule 80.1.8

Do I need to submit a courtesy copy?

According to Local Rule 10.7, courtesy copies must be provided on the same day of eFiling for any filings submitted where the total pages submitted exceed 50 pages.
