Exceptions to mandatory eFiling

eFiling Exemptions

Understanding that filing via electronic means could cause undue hardship or significant prejudice for one or more parties, there is a way to request exception to or exemption from mandatory eFiling.

Pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 2.253(b)(4), a party may submit an application for exemption from eFiling.
