When you submit your documents to file through One Legal, a member of our team will stand in line at the clerk counter to file your documents.
There are times a court may require that our runner leave the documents in the drop box instead. Should that happen, we will notify you and ensure that your documents are stamped with the date they were deposited in the drop boxed.
We will then check the drop box daily for the conformed copies and return them to you electronically once the court has provided them.
