Adding Multiple Recipients

Yes — you can request service on multiple recipients within the same order.

On the Party Summary page:

• Click Add Another Party.
• Enter the new party’s name, address, and any identifying details.
• Select the desired service level (Standard, Rush, etc.).

Each recipient you add will appear in your order summary, along with their address and selected service level.

Serving Multiple Parties at the Same Address

If you are serving multiple parties at the same address (for example, multiple defendants or business entities at one location):

• Add each party individually using Add Another Party.
• You can select to re-use the address that you have already entered.
• Pricing is per address and per party, even if they share a location.

Assigning Documents to Specific Parties

By default, all uploaded documents are served on all parties in the order.
If you’d like to specify which documents go to which party:

• On the Party Summary page, select Assign to Party next to that recipient.

• A list of all uploaded documents will appear.
• Check the documents that should be served on that party, and uncheck those that should not.
• This ensures that each party receives exactly the documents you intend.

Tracking Each Serve

When your order is submitted, an individual sub-order is created for each party.

• You can monitor the progress of each serve independently.
• You’ll receive separate email updates and see each serve’s status in your One Legal account.
• Once complete, you’ll receive an individual proof of service or non-service affidavit for every party.
