You can check the status, view completed orders, and access documents related to your orders in your One Legal account from the Orders page.
How to check the status of your order
You can find details about your One Legal orders from the Orders page within your One Legal account. You can also access documents, send/receive messages, and—in certain circumstances—cancel orders.
- Sign into your One Legal account.
- Navigate to the Orders page by clicking “Orders” in the header navigation.
- Find your order by entering search criteria. You can search by order number, case number, case party names, and more.
- Once you find your order, click on the order number in the first column to open the order details page.
