  • Log in to your One Legal account.
  • Navigate to your Orders page and open the completed serve you’d like to discuss.
  • Locate the Messages container.
  • Click Send Message, choose a category, add a subject line, and write your message.
  • Attach any files or supporting documents if needed (for example, corrected affidavits or additional instructions).

Our operations team receives and reviews all messages — even on completed orders — and will reply directly within the same thread.
