How do I pay fees for JTI courts?

Confirm that all necessary fees will be disbursed on your behalf when eFiling

When eFiling in most California courts, court fees are automatically generated based on the filing type and selected document types. Each court determines the fees associated with each document type.

Because fees are tied to the selected document type, it is important to carefully choose the document type that best matches the document you are filing. Selecting an incorrect document type may result in incorrect fees being assessed.

The system calculates your estimated charges and fees based on the document types you have chosen. When you reach the Order Review screen, confirm that the estimated charges and fees match what you expect to pay based on this document and case type.

If the charges do not seem correct to you, return to the Documents screen and choose a different document type from the drop-down menu.
