A new filing receives the assigned case number and judicial officer assignment upon acceptance of the filing. This information will appear on the top of the first page of the document. For Unlimited Civil documents, in addition to the imprinted information, a Notice of Case Assignment will be returned electronically and available to view, download, and print through your One Legal account.

If you select the incorrect court location when eFiling your document, your document(s) will be rejected and electronically returned to you through your One Legal account. You can then correct the court location and resubmit your eFiling.
