COVID-19: The latest updates and information from One Legal
|eFiling||Where eFiling is available, you may continue to submit filings through One Legal. However, where the court is closed you may not receive a response to your filing until after the court re-opens.
Note: Until further notice, we are unable to provide out-of-hours technical support. As a result, we cannot guarantee that an eFiling placed after 5 p.m. will be delivered the same day.
|eService||Electronic service of process is available in for all courts through One Legal.|
|Physical Filing (CA)||You may continue to submit orders for in-person physical court filing through One Legal. However, our ability to deliver your filing depends on whether the court is open and/or accepting non-emergency filings.

If the court is only accepting emergency filings and you believe that your filing qualifies you must select Urgent Service, otherwise your filing will not be delivered until the court re-opens.
|Service of Process||You may continue to submit orders for process serving through One Legal. Our servers continue to serve throughout the United States.
Since many businesses are currently closed, we encourage you to check the status of the business you are serving before you submit your order.
CT/CSC registered agent serves will be delivered Next Day as a result of those organizations’ limited hours.
|Courtesy Copy Delivery||You may request courtesy copy delivery through One Legal. However, because many courthouses are closed it is not possible for us to deliver courtesy copies and many courts are not requesting them. We urge you to check with the court that a courtesy copy is required before ordering.
|Court Research||The Court Research and Document Retrieval service is temporarily suspended. Because it is not possible to enter most courthouses for non-emergency reasons, we cannot fulfill these orders at this time.|
|Concierge Service||The One Legal Concierge service is temporarily suspended. You cannot request Concierge filing, Double Check, or assistance re-filing a rejected filing until further notice.|
|Customer Support||We have temporarily reduced our Customer Support hours to 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT Monday to Friday.|
