One Legal waives eFiling service charges in electronic filing courts for individuals who have court-approved fee waivers. 

If your client has a fee waiver on file with the court, you must be sure to indicate that fact in the eFiling workflow. 




 




 
Most California courts, plus Illinois, Indiana, and Texas
To ensure smooth incorporation of the fee waiver, please also upload a copy of that waiver with your filing.

Note: San Diego County, Orange County, and San Francisco County courts do not have an option within the order workflow to indicate a fee waiver. The courts have a system in place to waive fees when applicable.
