How do I view all transactions placed on my firm's account?

Your One Legal account is user specific and as such you can only view the transactions you have placed. However, your Account Administrator has the capability to view all orders placed within your One Legal account and can also change the viewing permissions for each user.

If you would like your Account Administrator to adjust your viewing capabilities, please follow these steps:

  • Once the Account Administrator has logged into his/her account, click My Account in the upper right hand corner.

  • Click Firm Contacts.

  • Select View all orders for customer.

  • Click Update.

You will now be able to view all transactions placed on your One Legal account.
